Joe Hendry Says Logan Paul's Injury Has Put Him in a "Tough Spot" in WWE

Joe Hendry has been honest about where he stands in WWE right now. Speaking on the Michael Fairman Channel on YouTube, Hendry said Logan Paul's injury stopped their rivalry before it could go "where it needed to go," and left him in a difficult position.
"I'm in a tough spot right now," Hendry said.
The feud that never got going
Hendry had started a rivalry with Paul, which included a parody song calling on WWE to fire him. Paul's injury cut that story short, and Hendry has had to move on to other opponents without the payoff the feud was building toward.
He also made it clear he is not short of enemies. Hendry said he has "problems with everyone," naming both The Vision, Paul's group, and The Judgment Day.
Where Hendry is now
Hendry is currently feuding with The Judgment Day, especially JD McDonagh. McDonagh beat him on the October 19 episode of Raw.
His goals in WWE
- Hendry said he wants to become a world champion and believes he has the tools to be a top star.
- His long-term goal is to be one of the top guys in the company for a long time.
- In the shorter term, he has his eye on the Intercontinental Championship, currently held by Chad Gable.
What's next
Hendry is not booked for Crown Jewel on November 7. With Paul out, a run at Gable and the Intercontinental title looks like the most natural next step, but WWE has not announced anything yet. Raw is live from Brooklyn on November 2.
