Liv Morgan Set to Pass Charlotte Flair in Title Reign Days
Liv Morgan Set to Pass Charlotte Flair for 2nd Most Days as Women's World Champion
Liv Morgan is three days away from passing Charlotte Flair for the second most combined days as Women's World Champion in WWE history.
As of October 16, Liv has spent 476 days as Women's World Champion across her four reigns. Charlotte sits at 478 days across seven. If Liv is still champion on October 19, she moves into second place for the most combined days with the title.
Liv took the belt back on October 10 in New Orleans, beating Stephanie Vaquer and Becky Lynch in a triple threat at the Smoothie King Center. It came less than a month after she lost it to Vaquer in September.
Top 5 women with the most days as Women's World Champion
Bayley holds the record, and Liv is the only one of the five who is champion right now.
| Rank | Superstar | Combined Days | Reigns | Title Defenses | Longest Reign |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Bayley | 519 | 2 | 15 | 379 Days |
| 2 | Charlotte Flair | 478 | 7 | 11 | 197 Days |
| 3 | Liv Morgan | 476+ | 4 | 9 | 226 Days |
| 4 | Rhea Ripley | 435 | 2 | 11 | 379 Days |
| 5 | Becky Lynch | 310 | 5 | 6 | 91 Days |
Days are WWE's own count, up to October 16, 2026. Title defenses are successful defenses on TV and premium live events, including wins by DQ, and leave out house shows.
1. Bayley
Bayley only held the title twice, but her second reign is the reason she is on top. She beat Charlotte on SmackDown in October 2019 and kept the belt for 379 days, until Sasha Banks beat her at Hell in a Cell 2020. Her 15 defenses are the most of anyone on this list.
2. Charlotte Flair
Charlotte has held this title seven times, more than any other woman. Most of those reigns were short, and three lasted under two weeks. Her longest was 197 days, from October 2021 until Ronda Rousey beat her at WrestleMania Backlash 2022.
3. Liv Morgan
Liv is the only active champion in the top five, so she is the only one still adding days. Her best run was 226 days in 2024 and 2025. Her current reign started at Money in the Bank on October 10.
4. Rhea Ripley
Rhea won the title from Charlotte at WrestleMania 39 and held it for 379 days, tying Bayley's long reign. She defended it 10 times before an injury forced her to give it up in April 2024. She added one defense in a short second reign in 2025.
5. Becky Lynch
Becky was the first ever champion of this title, winning it at Backlash 2016 when it was still the SmackDown Women's Championship. She has five reigns, but none lasted longer than 91 days.
Can Liv Morgan catch Bayley?
Yes, if she keeps the title until the end of November. Liv ties Charlotte at 478 days on October 18 and moves into second place on October 19.
To match Bayley's 519 days, she needs to still be champion on November 28, the night of Survivor Series: WarGames. She would take the record outright the next day, November 29. That is 44 more days from today, and her last reign lasted 147.
Why you may see different numbers
You might see Charlotte listed at 483 days and Bayley at 520 on some sites. Both are correct counts, just measured differently.
The numbers in this article use WWE's own count. WWE often lists a reign one day shorter than the calendar gap between the title change dates, usually because of taped shows or how the change day is counted. Across seven reigns, those single days add up for Charlotte.
The Women's World Championship also has a longer history than its name suggests. It was the SmackDown Women's Championship until June 2023, when it was renamed. WWE counts every reign from 2016 onward as part of this title, which is why Bayley's and Charlotte's SmackDown runs are included.
This list covers only this title. Charlotte's well-known 14 world title reigns also include the Raw Women's Championship, now the WWE Women's Championship, and the Divas Championship.
